Zuora Launches Z-Payments 2.0 at Innovate09 - Built with PayPal X

In our last post, we mentioned that we’d be launching our next product at PayPal’s first developer conference, Innovate09. Today we’re thrilled to announce Z-Payments 2.0 – the first online subscription commerce solution built with PayPal X.


You may recall that Zuora first launched Z-Payments back in October of last year, and announced a strategic partnership with PayPal. The first complete payment solution for subscription businesses, Z-Payments 2.0 enables subscription companies to manage the entire recurring payment lifecycle, accept any form of payment including traditional payments, like check or wire transfer, handle payment exceptions, and more. In short, Z-Payments is how subscription businesses get paid.


Tien at Innovate09Today, the relationship between Zuora and PayPal takes another step forward, as Z-Payments 2.0 leverages the Adaptive Payments capabilities in PayPal X to offer Zuora’s customers even greater flexibility in their payment operations.


We’re thrilled to be held up as an example of a successful business built with PayPal’s X platform (we’re told that Osama Bedier, PayPal’s VP Product Development, is going to mention us in his keynote) and we’re excited to see what other innovative products will be launched at Innovate09.

I have debit card visa from KiwiBank account. In August 19, 2009 I requested withdrawal. But, until the moment I don’t received this money in my account. Since last days of August I have sent messages to Help Service PayPal and KiwiBank too for know about this money.

Well, between last days of August until moment, I sent more 20 messages to Help Service PayPal and I received only electronics responses.

I think that the officers Help Service PayPal (electronic system and line), haven’t interest in solve my case, because all responses are automatics! I have the impression that I tell only robots and no with people humans, why you don’t give humans solutions?

The officer Help Service KiwiBank too made tracing and don’t found credit in my account. Well, I don’t know that make more or the who ask for find a solution for the case. Please, help me!

Moreover, Visa Card said me that the solution this problem is of KiwiBank and the bank told me that haven’t access to tracing and this is a problem that PayPal have to solve.

Thus, I ask for all: who is giving a solution for this??? After all, are 4 months that I trying rescue money that is mine!!!

Sincerely I hope will find a solution for this case!!!
